Health Secretary Francisco T. Duque III, during the launching of the National Family Planning Month at the Mandaluyong City Hall, encouraging active male involvement in planning the family in order to protect the health of women and children, avoid deaths resulting from child birth complications, and prevent unwanted pregnancies.
